By booking a trip with Northeast Voyage, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These apply to all bookings, packages, and activities organised by us.
Payment Terms
50% of the total amount is due in advance to confirm your booking. Full payment of the trip cost must be completed before the trip begins. Pending payments may eventually lead to the cancellation of the trip.
Luggage & Belongings
We are not responsible in case of any lost, misplaced, or damaged luggage or personal belongings during the trip. Travellers are advised to keep their valuables secure at all times.
Natural Disasters & Road Conditions
There will be no refund for roadblocks or disruptions caused by natural disasters. Any alternate accommodation costs arising from such circumstances must be borne directly by the traveller.
Date Changes
No changes in the date of travel are permitted once a booking has been confirmed. Please ensure your travel dates are finalised before completing the booking process.
Travel Insurance
All tourists are strongly advised to obtain comprehensive travel insurance on their own before departure. Northeast Voyage does not provide travel insurance as part of any package.
Identity Verification
All IDs shall be verified before boarding. Travellers must carry a valid government-issued photo identity document (Aadhaar, passport, or driving licence) at all times during the trip.
Unused Inclusions
No refunds shall be made towards any inclusions not availed by the client, whether due to personal choice, health reasons, or any other factor.
Alcohol & Smoking
Drinking and smoking are strictly prohibited throughout the tour due to health and safety concerns. Violation of this rule may result in eviction from the trip without any refund.
Force Majeure
Northeast Voyage shall not be responsible for any delays or alterations in the program, or indirectly incurred expenses, in cases such as natural hazards, accidents, breakdown of machinery, weather conditions, landslides, political closure, or any other untoward incidents beyond our control.
Right to Eviction
The organizers reserve the right to evict any traveller at any time without any refund if their actions violate any trip rules, or in case of misbehaviour with fellow co-travellers or the crew.
Safety Outside Premises
Northeast Voyage is not responsible for your whereabouts or safety if you are outside the designated camp or hotel premises. Any loss or damage to camping materials such as tents, pillows, mattresses, or any campsite property is subject to full payment at the product's MRP.
Traffic & Delays
Northeast Voyage is not responsible for any delay in reaching the destination due to traffic or road conditions. Sightseeing or activities planned for the day may be cancelled if the group does not reach the destination on time.
Itinerary Changes
The trip organizer/coordinator has the complete right to modify the itinerary based on on-the-spot conditions including weather, road access, or safety considerations. We appreciate your cooperation in keeping the environment clean and safe.
By proceeding with your booking, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to all the terms and conditions listed above. These terms are binding on all members of your travel party.
