Refund Processing Time
The process of refund will take around 7–10 working days from the date of cancellation confirmation. Refunds are credited back to the original payment method.

Unforeseen Circumstances
In the case of unforeseen weather conditions or government restrictions, certain activities may be cancelled. In such cases, the operator will make every effort to provide an alternate feasible activity. However, no refund will be provided for activities cancelled due to these circumstances.
